SONY DVP-NS705 anyone got one yet ?

Two questions for anyone lucky enough to have one :-


1) layer change performance - depends on disc of course but just any impressions

2) operational noise - menu to film noise is allowable
in my book but not whirring etc. during a film

judging by the review of the 905 on this board
which they said was quiet i expect great things of this

Review in Home Cinema choice this month gives it 5. Excellent picture, great sound, reasonable CD replay. Probably as quiet as the 905 which you can only ever hear on searching through the menu.

i just sent back a new pioneer 454 as i thought it was noisy

ears like a bat i think !
