Black Sabbath Disc Problems

Hi all a friend from work has a problem with a new Black Sabbath dvd. I said the good people at the dvd forums could probably help him out. The disc is Black Sabbath The Story Volume 2.

He played it and it was jerky. The picture kept freezing for several seconds at various parts and would after freezing then jump several frames or seconds ahead. He asked me if i thought it was a damaged disc. He has a Sony Player that is a few years old and is chunky but at the time it cost him £2.99 he has never had problems with any other discs. He is going to get the disc replaced but it could be his player at fault im not sure Peter.

Okay maybe that wasn't so helpful.

If all his other discs are okay the chances are it's the disc, unless there is something like a branching problem, which is not so much the disc as the player. AFAIK some older players will not cope with newer discs because of this, so tell him to keep his fingers crossed that it is the disc. :)

Thanks i can see why you might think it was a Yorkie bar what i meant was £299 3 quid for a sony playey that would be a bargain lol.
