View Full Version : Will NSDV55 play DVD R+ discs
In the process of looking at new Pc's and wanted to copy all my old camcorder tapes to DVD.
Can anyone tell me if the Pioneer NSDV55 plays the DVD R+ format without any problems or will I have to buy a DVD R- writer instead.

No it won`t, it will only read DVD-R discs in video mode - DVD-R+ is not supported by the majority of japanese manufacurers.
