hello
i just watched my copy of entertainment in video's 2 disc set of seven,and halfway through it breaks down into pixelated blur.
does someone know how i can contact eiv as i've had it a while (no receipt ),but just watched it.

Have you tried cleaning the disc. I had the same problem with Lord of the Rings. Tried it about 10 times and kept breaking up at the same point and was all ready to send it back but gave the disc a good wipe and now it works fine.

Not sure re: contact for EIV but the R2 EIV release has some transfer issues re: the picture too. Why not use eBays free listing day 19/2 & get R4 from CD-WOW cheap?
