Got some leaked info via yahoo. This stuff was meant to be kept underwraps apparently. The big news is that Emenem allowed him to do "Couch potato" a parody of "Loose yourself" but has now refused to let him shoot a video for it. But this has coincided with a leak of some more track info from launch.

"A Complicated Song" (Avril Lavigne's "Complicated")
"Trash Day" (Nelly's "Hot in Herre")
"Ebay" (the Backstreet Boys' "I Want It That Way")
"Ode To A Superhero," a song about Spider Man that's done to the tune of Billy Joel's "Piano Man."

"Angry White Boy Polka" featuring songs from White Stripes, the Hives, the Strokes, Limp Bizkit, Rage Against The Machine, P.O.D., Disturbed, and Staind.

 I love Piano Man so I can't wait to here that and I've found myself making up stupid songs based on that backstreet boys song (try it, it's easy!). Complicated is a fave and I'm praying that "fell in love with a girl" is the white stripes song

Here's what he would have looked like if M&M had

To answer my own question, Fell in love IS one of the songs as is "last night" I really can't wait now. Rollingstone.com were kind enough to print the whole track listing as well as a more in depth article

1. "Couch Potato," parody of Eminem's "Lose Yourself"
2. "Hardware Store"
3. "Trash Day," parody of Nelly's "Hot in Herre"
4. Party at the Leper Colony
5. "Angry White Boy Polka," parody of Papa Roach's "Last Resort," System of a Down's "Chop Suey," the Vine's "Get Free," the Hives' "Hate to Say I Told You So," the White Stripes' "Fell In Love With a Girl," the Strokes' "Last Nite," Disturbed's "Down With the Sickness," Rage Against the Machine's "Renegades of Funk," Limp Bizkit's "My Way," Staind's "Outside," Kid Rock's "Bawitdaba," P.O.D.'s "Youth of the Nation" and Eminem's "The Real Slim Shady"
6. "Wanna B Ur Lovr"
7. "A Complicated Song," parody of Avril Lavigne's "Complicated"
8. "Why Does This Always Happen to Me"
9. "Ode to a Superhero," parody of Billy Joel's "Piano Man"
10. "Bob"
11. "E-Bay," parody of the Backstreet Boys' "I Want It That Way"
12. "Genius in France"

Just heard a copy of "couch potato" on the msn website. It name checks Ali G and there's a few lines for Simon Cowell. Even Tivo gets a look-in

'I only watched Will & Grace one time, one day-wish I hadn't-cause now TiVo thinks I'm gay'

Actually Coolio said yes then said he didn't. Some sort of mix up. Cheeky bugger didn't even write the thing!

I've got the whole album by devious means *ahem* but it's not as good as RWS. Ebay and Couch potato are good but not excellent and Ode to a superhero actually does a good job of making me sad what with it's theme of betrayal, unrequited love, jelousy and misplaced trust. If the film is half as good I can't wait to see it

Interesting version of "Last night" and first time I've heard Chop Suey, I like the chorus which is part of angry white boy polka.

"Ebay and Couch potato are good but not excellent"

I agree, Ebay doesn't come close to Howard Stern's version. Couch Potato is pretty good though not fantastic. For me the highlight of those three is definitely A Complicated Song.

Not really listened to the remainder of the album yet, mostly as I'm not too familiar with the songs he is covering.

It pains me to say this but 'Poodle Hat' is , sadly, Al's weakest album in years :(

The Eminem / Avril Lavigne spoofs never live up to their potential & it feels like many of the lyric ideas are rehashes of old songs.

'e-Bay' is ok, but far & away the best track & the only one which scales previous heights was the musically hilarious, yet affectionate Frank Zappa tribute 'Genius In France'.

Have you heard the others and not bought them? If you like this one I'd say buy Running with scissors, much better

Maybe I've just got an extremely twisted sense of humour, but "Why Does This Always Happen To Me" was really funny

Sample lyrics:
I was watching my TV one night when they broke in with a special report
About some devistating earthquake in Peru
There were thirty thousand crushed to death, even more were buried alive
On the Richter scale it measured 8.2

And I said, "God, please answer me one question?"

"Why'd they have to interrupt 'The Simpsons' just for this?"

or:

I was driving down the highway when all the traffic slowed to a crawl
There was a twelve-car pile-up, everybody dead
And I saw brains and guts and vital organs splattered everywhere
As well as my friend Robert's disembodied head

And I thought - Poor Rob, I just had lunch with him....
Hey, wait a minute, he still owes me money - what a jerk
Well, there's five bucks that I'm never gonna see again
Plus now, on top of everything else, it looks like I'm gonna be late to work
