Cool i was just playing Dj Sneak, trying to do a new mix at the moment.
Starting with a promo remix of Junior Senior in a retro elctro style.

Thats the crap she's after mate, she listens to galaxy all day :(

are the tunes mentioned the kind she's after or are they real dance tunes?

DJBIGJAY

They are real dance tunes played by djs that wouldnt touch a tune as soon as it is played on kiss/galaxy even though they were playing it a few months ago.
So the stuff on the radio were "real" dance tunes but are not no.............if you know what i mean.
Trance remixes of 80's songs were never real dance tunes by the way, whoever did a cover of cutting crew's " i just died in your arms tonight" should be shot
By the way that is not the way i work if a tune is good enough to get you dancing then i don't care i will play it, if i played anything cool i would clear the dance floor.
I live in the real world of Dj's who have to play cr..popular tunes a la kiss/galaxy

i understand mate, it like most music its excellent untill it goes commercial then everyone jumps on the band wagon and spoils the genre, i would if thought the dance genre is the biggest victim of this :D i still dont like dance music at all though, gimme some prog rock anyday :D

The tracks I mentioned are "mainstream dance/trance" tracks, as played on commercial radio, Radio 1, in Ibiza, etc, so probably the stuff your other half is after.

Heard the Tomcraft track on Radio 1 this afternoon, it's !

There's one I keep hearing, but can't find anywhere - I'm pretty certain it's JDS v Missy Elliot - Work it punk :)

AND another one -

Iio In the end (scumfrog remix) :notworthy time to start Winamp again ;)
