Sounds pretty good from what I've heard so far. If you liked the singles then you're sure to enjoy this album.

Kind of reminds me of Beck's 'Midnite Vultures' only with more guitars. Very tongue-in-cheek and some of the lyrics are hilarious: "I want naked pictures, of your mother!" :lol:

It was supposed to be out earlier than June 30th but they're re-recording 'Gay Bar' to get rid of the "nuclear war" references for single release.

The DJ at The Dark Stuff on Friday played a 7" which still had the lyric in. What are they playing at? And why should that affect the album? Won't that have the normal version in?

The album will feature the original version as far as I know...it was just re-recorded for the radio (and possibly single).

My thoughts on anything of this sort (and that includes TV stations not showing good movies with violence in just because there was some tradgedy in the news that day) are utterly against the T&Cs.

OMG this album is camper than a row of tents full of Dale Winton pictures !!!

Pretty decent, but won't stand the test of time methinks :D

I think its fantastic and they are pretty camp live as well. They should just bin Gay Bar as a single and release Dance Commander instead.

Fair comment, though basically every track here is a single :nuts: :D It is fantastic though for sure.

I also love the way its getting panned in all reviews despite being the most entertaining record Ive heard for ages.

Then you will enjoy the album - worth a punt.

'Naked pictures of your mother' cracks me up, and some of the tracks 'end' in the most hilarious manner ever recorded :lol:
