Now that the trifling matter of the League's been sown up let's concentrate on the Scottish Cup.
I predict a rousing victory for the Gers. Winning 4-1.

What's with these Rangers fans, you'd think they've won something important?
Looking forward to Rangers completing the treble on Saturday
Lee Wilkie supsended (admin error :oh-hum: ) but Nemsadze and Caballero should play so I can't see Rangers having it to "easy".
4-2 Rangers ;)

Me too. If Rangers show the same attitude as they did against Dunfermline, it will be all over before half-time

Great advert for scottish football :gag:
I'm sure Dundee will put up more of a fight than their last Glasgow visit.
Rangers for the cup, but I think it will be a close game.
Would make it a treble for McLeish in his first full season as manager. Here's hoping his success continues. If only he would manage Scotland as well.....
Going to Newcastle for the weekend so unfortunately I will miss the game.
I hope Dundee can win this one

Will the Celtic players be having an end of season night out there as well?

Good Luck to Dundee (and ex-Pompey striker Steve Lovell, and current striker Mark Burchill).

As an exile based in Horwich near Bolton and not a SKY sports subscriber to boot it (took Sentanta for the Rangers away games) looks like I will miss it too.
Does anyone know of a pub in this area that plans to show it?

It dont matter if your a sky subscriber BBC have the rights to SPL games.
But it is only being shown on BBC 1 Scotland and unless I am missing something The Saint will not be able to view it from Horwich without Sky.

Actually its on both BBC1 Scotland and Sky Sports 1. Sky purchased the sat. rights to the Cup and the Scotland internationals as a package.
Thats quite correct. I was telling plasterman that it is only on BBC 1 in Scotland and not in the UK. I'll probably watch it on Sky myself :)

What are you on about?
Rangers won the treble, Celtic won nothing. Who remembers who finished in second place? Rangers are the best team in Scotland!
If I remember rightly, Celtic strolled to the league title last year and with similar squads to last season, Rangers won the league this year. It's amazing what a change in manager can bring.
5 trophies in two years. Well done Alex McLeish. :notworthy

Lookin' forward to seeing the Gers exploits in Europe once more, next season - how long shall they last? They'll obviously be hoping to avoid such European giants as Viktoria Ziz....who?
Well done to winning the treble - enjoy it, it's more than likely gonna be the last trophies you're gonna win in a while! :D
BTW I truly believe that Rangers will be signing some big name players next season as McLeish has stated - I mean look at the size of this name - Khizanishvili - it's all of 13 letters long! :p
Hail Hail!
Stevie.

Now look here sir!
I simply pointed out that after winning the domestic Treble that surely Rangers are the best team in scotland.
And you threw a wobbler:nono:
control yourself son before you get Banned.;)
Also I meant no offence by the Paddy remark simply linking it with the fact that there were a damn site more irish flags in spain the other week then scottish.
What that means I dont know or Care.
Cheers Kyro:D
Are you sure you are not confusing Irish 'flags' with Green & White flags? Afterall Celtic do play in Green & White colours
Anyhow I was there in Seville with my Tricolour:D

........and a lot of good it done you! (although, I dare say it came in handy for mopping up all those tears :D ) Hope you had time to dry it out before it was required again, a mere four days later! :D
Any truth in the rumour that Celtic are trying to attract more women fans by launching the 'Celtic' bra?
Apparently it has a unique design, giving plenty of support, but with no cups!

You on the other are the one throwing the secterian language about.
I would Imagine that you have not got a clue as I would guess that your not a Scot so your not truly aware how explosive such language can be. if that is the case it would be better if you educated yourself rather than adopting a "monkey see monkey do" approach.
If you are a Scot you should know better and stop trying to be the wideo.
Any way I'd guess that you could'nt care less.

Ok, I will explain what he's getting at, since it's so obviously over your head. Rangers fans sing a song about King Billy (a protestant responsible for the deaths of countless Catholics). The song goes: "Hello, hello, we are the billy boys" and concludes "Up to our knees in fenian blood, surrender or you'll die". it's about celebrating killing people on a particular religion.
By your use and acceptance of the words, you're perpetuating a sectarian bigotry that needs to be stamped out. Even Rangers have started to take it more seriously (their new Pride Over Prejudice" campaign), but unfortunately, you're keeping it going, out of pettiness because Celtic put Liverpool out of the Eufa cup.
This is getting boring - continue this elsewhere not on this forum.
