Any you'd like to see join your club? Anyone there that you wish hadn't been allowed to leave your club?
That's quite a big cull by Leicester considering they've only just got promoted and will be aiming to stay in the premiership. Whatever went wrong for Darren Eadie? I remember when he was touted as one of the 'next big things'.... well he was good on Championship Manager.:D

I've cut & pasted the list around a little so as to list it by club rather than surnames.

Eadies had injury after injury mostly with his knees, they were buggered before he left Norwich but Martin O'Niell took a gamble on him being OK, he lost!

It looks as though Eadie is actually going to be forced to retire, which is said as he is one of the most exiting players I can ever remember at Carrow Road, more so than Fox,Sutton and Bellamy.

Bernard Diomede - Liverpool
Vegard Heggem - Liverpool

Not sure how we'll cope next season without those players. :(

Apart from Summerbee very few of those played for Leicester last season. Despite the promotion we are still pretty skint. Of the Sky money, £4.5M goes to the deferred players salaries, £4.5M to creditors and £4M is for transfers and wages of any new players so any new will be frees I guess. We also have to pay for costs incurred since the "rebirth" as no money was left to fund that.

Surprised not to see David Seaman in the Arsenal list - has he sorted out a new deal yet? And Oleg Luzhny... a bit of a surprise, didn't he deputise fairly well in a few games, or is my memory playing tricks on me?

There's a few more clubs in England than that.....

Check out the PFA's Website for a full list of players. (http://www.givemefootball.com/html/index.cfm)

Hopefully that means we have some new defenders lined up

Jody morris could do a good job for a few clubs.

Always liked his style.

Bit short tho :)

Wishful thinking but West Ham not in the prem anymore! :D

Shame I think about Luzhny as he's done alright in some games this season (except Bolton away) but was a star in the cup final and I thought deserved to stay for another season as back-up.

Wenger finally makes way for youth... oh but he sold our best young central defender in January :brickwall

i think with leicester they are trying to save on these players wages so they can mayb get some bargains on a free, and mayb a few cheapies. anywayz gd luck to them

Those players have hardly featured for Leicester in recent times - certainly a wages issue - are their still in administration?

reecie - who are Leicester planning to buy with their £4 transfer budget?! :p

IIRC ... Diomede and Heggem didn't play one game between them last season, Berger due to injury only played in a handful and Arphexad will never get a good run in the team behind Dudek and Kirkland .... so IMO these 4 leaving won't affect us too much [ apart from freeing up some of the wages bill so that we can pay Duff, Kewell and Cisse ;) ]

Of that list, I'd happily have John Robinson, Jody Morris, Tim Flowers, Keith Gillespie, Patrik Berger, Kevin Davies, Teddy Sheringham, Gary Breen and Paulo Di Canio.

Pretty sure all of these could still do a job, but sod-all chance of me seeing any, except for maybe Kevin Davies, at Beautiful Downtown Bramall Lane

With £4 you could buy Cygan and still have enough left to buy a couple of pints. ;)

There's quite a few "names" in that list. Certainly more than I expected.

I think they won't have much to worry about though. It's the young unknowns who are in for a difficult summer.

Can't say i'll be sorry to see Jacob Burns leave Leeds anyway. He's never been up to the job for me. I'm sure he's done well financially out of the 2 or 3 years he's been at the club though. I don't think the same can be said for Newey. :(

I hope the PFA haven't emailed this list to Peter Reid!!!!!

From that list I think I would like Flowers, Goldbaek, Gillespie, Morris and Davies. No chance of it happening though :)

LOL, at least it proves someone reads my msgs. Mind you I'm probably not too far out with £4 come to think of it.
