DVD players with MP3

I'm after a dvd player which is multiregion/macrovision off and which plays mp3s. I also want it to be compatible with a widescreen tv (ie: it auto switches the tv to widescreen because some - wharfedale m5 - don't do this).

Money's no object (I wish) but £200 or thereabouts would be nice.

Anyone got any recommendations or can recommend sites I can look at to compare DVD player features.
