I paid £560 for my Panasonic NV-GS4B last Christmas and I can highly recommend these models.
i-link and a host of other features make this a very good buy.

Got an NVGS4B too, its a great DV Camcorder (paid £600) when they first came out :cuckoo: , But ive more than got my moneys worth. The overall features are superb for what you are paying, especially the zoom!!

The camera function is poop though, 640 x 480 is the higest quality :cry:

But dont let it put you off, it beats all rivals hands down, still!

I did a lot of research and ended up with the sony trv 19 (£449). Good starting place for advice would be www.simplydv.com esp the bulletin boards.
