what would be your ultimate system if money was no problem

Ultimate system, ummm!!
1: A bespoke room built to my specification.
2: A 12 ft screen minimum - with me being sat 8ft away.
3: A dogs sound setup with those vibrating seats!!
4: A dolly bird clad in just a pinny serving ice cream and refreshements:D during the intervals.
5: A collection of flipper DVD's and long films so that intervals were as frequent as possible.:D :D

Did you see that one in Home Cinema Choice (can I say that?).
Anyway, bloke with a 12 foot screen which retracted to reveal a 50" plasma screen for watching the news on!
I hate him. Anyone want to buy a kidney?

Most of it is down to space ... so you've got enough room for the kit, big screen and some friends.
I for one am not wanting to fit out my living room with velvet drapes, but a decent DLP or CRT projector would be lovely to have. Failing that, I'd settle for a huge plasma screen.
Huge Buttkicker sub set up would be a laugh too! I reckon my sound system would hold it's own in a bigger room ... although the front channels might need beefing up.
I hope to be able to buy one of those Ellie CRT projectors with integral line doubler one day in the not too distant future.

I've got a mate who had a wicked projector, and the quality was amazing. It's just the noise which is a little off putting. And I've yet to see a plasma TV that doesn't look crappy.

I'm not one to be jealous of people and there property but watching an episode of MTV cribs turned me green all over. AJ (from Backstreet Boys) truly had the best set up i'd seen. We never got to see all the good bits, equipment etc., but it just looked so good. The rest of his house was pretty nice too. Oh yeah and he had a gorgeous girrlfriend as well. (God knows why he's so depressed lately). Anyway it's one of those things you just have to watch, so that would be my ultimate set-up.
Don't get me wrong i too would love all the best equipment in the world but it's all for nothing if you're not permitted to play it LOUD.
So being secluded would be high on my priority list. My Digitheatre DTS is just not digging living in a poxy terraced house in a poxy street. It needs freedom, Bless it:D
