Can someone please clarify if original VCD's can be purchased legally? They originate in the East where the laws do not prevent them from being sold, but can you buy them here legally?
If you order off the net and have a VCD delivered direct is this legal, and following on from this can you as an individual pass these on for re-sale legally?
I understand that something along the lines of personal use and ownership may apply - like with r1 DVD's - but does this also extend to VCD's?
We have just received a directive from our Intranet team here at work that forbids us offering VCD's for sale. They said they would be looking into the legal side of it!!
