View Full Version : Looking for a new player/amp/speaker set
I am currrently looking for a complete DVD, amplifier and speaker set-up with a maximum budget of £600. I want the DVD and Amp to play DTS discs and I also want to be able to put 5 discs into the player. The amp has to also handle minidiscs and my video player so that they too can be playered through the speakers. If anyone has any recommendations of an all-in-one kit or spearates I could put together that would fulfill my budget, please let me know here.
I have seen the folloqwing set-ups:
Pioneer NSDV55 LIGHT WOOD- Dts, no 5 CD
Panasonic SC-HT70 Multi-Region DVD system- No DTS, 5 CD

The Pioneer is the more capable system:) Plus unlike the Panasonic it has plenty of upgrade capability, including S-Video switching. NSDV55 is also available in Black finish, which currently seems more popular then beech.
