A few forum members have asked about the merits of the various Sony SA-VE/Pascal speakers. Sony have used 702's on their LISSA system, rated as top of the range by Sony. However the 705's and even the top Pascals described as SACD ready are only rated just above entry level. This is despite their £500-£600 plus price tags. This reinforces the view these are 'lifestyle' products and lack a fair amount as regards hifi ability.
