Just wondering if there are any Sony STR-DB1070 owners who have the Eltax Stargate XL speakers and what are your opinions.

Don't have the stargate but Liberty +3,+5s and they do a fine job for the price.:)

I have the Sony amp and have just ordered the Stargate x1 (not xl). Will advise of my perceptions once I have received it. (The choice was between this & the Teac £150 pack but RS have sold out of these).

I did, very pleased with them, although we moved house back in April so waiting until I decorate the new living room before I set them back up :)
