Need some advice...

I'm looking to buy a new 28" widescreen TV...

The features I definitely need are

50/60 hz compatible
NOT 100hz TV
Flat screen (or near as dammit)
2 Scarts minimum (1 RGB)
NTSC compatible

In addition I would prefer it to have 16:9 zoom, 14:9 zoom plus option to zoom picture as much or as little as I want (I currently rent a Phillips 28" which has these options.). Obviously I need an anamorphic stretch option as well (all w/screen TV's come with this tho I guess :)). I'm not bothered about the different options allowing me to stretch a 4:3 picture to fill the screen as I can't stand stretched pictures...

So any suggestions... I've seen a Phillips 28" flat screen which I assume has the same features as my current non-flat version.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated ... cheers.

Oh BTW I should mention that I'm buying it from Currys... I know they are slightly more expensive but it's all part of a bundle deal I'm doing on a load of gear so I am restricted to their models. As you can imagine I am not looking forward to asking the trained monkeys in there if the TV is NTSC compatible and is 50/60hz compatible :)

Cheers
