TV and DVD advice

I have got £1300 to spend on a new TV and DVD player. At the minute I am thinking of buying:

Philips 28PW9616
Sony DVP-NS900 (new model with Sacd)

I would like a multi-region DVD player and am not sure that the above is (and I would prefer not to get a chipped player)

Is this a good package? or has anyone got any better ideas.

If you want a non-chipped, multi-region player forget the Sony.

I`d say forget the sony anyway, better machines out thre for less dosh:) BTW can have the sony M/R without a chip, just none-RCE compatible :p
