cheap 21" TV with ntsc playback

I am looking for a cheap (<£150) 21" TV to connect to my PC from which I will play DVD's. I want the TV to play NTSC for multi region purposes.

Can anyone recommend such a TV? I am finding it really difficult to confirm which TV's support NTSC playback. The retailers websites (Currys / comet / empire direct etc) rarely mention it.

Do most TV's now support this even at a very low price?

I bought a 21" goodmans tv with nicam stereo from comet. it supports ntsc, as i have a multi - region player with multi - region discs and it is fine. it cost me £150 a year ago and was the cheapest at the time.
