The picture on your website is a little small. Is the combo (with the usb dongle) with the headset in this link?: :thinking:

you can connect to your computer with a bluetooth adaptor, not sure on compatablity with yahoo though

I am having a little trouble here. The usb blutooth dongle is great and works fine. Unfortunately though, the headset doesn't seem to be working.:( I took it out to use for the first time today, charged it up, pressed the multi-function button but no response (i.e.no red/blue light appearing). Can you help me troubleshoot here? What should I do?

Jaana - it came with the logitech one for around 40 pounds which I thought was excellent value, just having a few teething troubles here I hope....

Hi crayon, strange.. i have spoken to the guy here who has had one, and he can't seam to figure out what the problem is, the headset could be doggy,

can you put the headset in the charger and tell me what colour the light turns?

It turns green then goes off because it's fully charged I think. Just haven't been able to get the lights (apparently red and blue) on by pressing the multi-function button.

Hi there crayon,
Well lets see if we can isolate the problem first, I myself have set up this headset on 6 computers now :D so, when you try and pair the headset up what happens? When you try and turn the device on you should here a little ascending tone and the LED on the headset should flash blue 3 times (or two cant remember :thinking: )

If that happens then turn it off by holding the side button in for 3 seconds untill you hear a descending tone.

Now to initate pairing you need to hold the side button in constantly untill the led flashes red and blue, hold it in and you should hear it turn on with the blue flashing light, DO NOT LET GO :D keep it pressed in untill the LED starts flashing red and blue.

I can't get a tone out of it(the headset) and no led! :doh: It doesn't turn on......I have followed the instructions in the book (i.e.7 seconds pressing down) and it isn't working at all, hence I cannot even think of pairing. :brickwall I have charged it up, as I keep getting a green led when its in the case and plugged in. :thinking: :help:
