Bought some goods from you for the company (been using you privately for a couple of years now!), and the accounts department has just told me that the receipt I printed from the website says it is not a VAT receipt (I should have noticed when I printed it really...). Your email to me doesnt have any VAT details either. What is the best way to get a valid VAT Receipt from you?

thanks

Hi apreading

A VAT receipt is included with the goods.
If you need a duplicate email sales@svp.co.uk with your order number/delivery address.

OK thanks - I guess I must have mislaid it then, or maybe the courier lost it because the package was split (SVP were fantastic and replaced all damaged items no fuss). Will email now.

Cheers

Sorry to jump into this thread, but it seemed like quite a relevant place to post.

Do you guys run trade accounts? The accountants in my place scowl at me when I put my orders through expenses (even though I save them a pile of money in the process!)

We do consider this for some blue chip companies and goverment / educational bodies.
Email steve@svp.co.uk with your company details and we'll consider it from there.

We're probably not big enough, to be honest. They'll just have to lump it :D

Thanks for the reply
