Problems logging into my BP account to make a purchase

Hi

I'm having trouble logging into my BP account in order to make a purchase, the email address on my account is removed

I've tried having a new password emailed to me but the new password still doesn't allow access to my account. :help:

Tech support are on the case and will email you their findings.

We have upgraded our systems to enhance performance but this caused a few teething problems that are now sorted.
