Instructions for sumvision mp3 player? - Bad customer service

Bought one of the 256mb ones of these a couple of weeks back for daughters birthday, but when we opened it thursday it didn't have any instructions and whatever i do i cannot get it to connect to the pc, don't think the drivers rae installed properly but cant find them on the disk.

I emailed your support on Friday morning but no reply, is there any chance someone from BP could email me the instructions and drivers please?

well 4 working days have passed now since i sent an email for support and you haven't bothered replying
2 full days since i posted on here and despite posting yourselves on here, you haven't bothered replying

I'll send it back for a refund (including my return postage) and I'll buy one from a company that gives a toss about their customers instead.

You might be fast at sending orders out but your after sales are rubbish, this is the second problem I've had with you, there won't be a third.
