Does anybody have any experience with this firm, as the deal seems lucrative,

offers 12 month free line rental on different models, it might be of use to some of us, but the contracts worth£336. anybody know about this firm?..or would it be a gamble to make a transaction with it? Authentic?

Well it sounds too good to be true and I am sure they are ok, but the deal is you pay the line rental then claim it back every few months.

I just can't bring myself to be bothered do things like that, just opening my post is a chore and being pretty paranoid I suspect there must some kind of catch, like £50 a minute once you free minutes run out or something.

I guess check out the company on companies house, read the T&C's very very thoroughly, add up the deal and then make a decision.

Both from Mobileshop with 12 months free line rental on O2 200 -- 200 cross-network mins per month and 100 texts (doubled to 400 and 200 for the first three months). Unused minutes and texts can be rolled over (up to 3 months I think).

Thanks guys. It would have been nice if we could check some sort of company registration number with the government's trade regulatory body, that way you know the sort of company you are dealing with.

Thought I'd resurrect this thread as I am looking for a new mobile and this company has a lot of good-looking deals. I have been wary of cashback deals from new and untested companies in case they don't send you the cashback or go out of business before your contract is up. However, I have had good experiences with MobileShop (http://www.thedvdforums.com/jump2.php?url=http://scripts.affiliatefuture.com/AFClick.asp?affiliateID=17278&merchantID=666&programmeID=2152&mediaID=0&tracking=) who notably only have a limited number of cashback offers at present.

Anyway, if I could find good reviews of this company, I would give it a go...

Has anyone out there had their cashback/not got their cashback from Cool New Mobile?

Incidentally, they list on their website that they are 'business partners' with Caudwell Communications who own Phones4U and others, so does that mean that they are any more reputable/reliable (as they are associated with an established company)??
