Did these come into stock today? :-
{DV 3343** Verbatim 'Pearl White' (8x) DVD-R in Spindle Tubs of 25 (Stock Arriving Wed 14/12)

Is the dye on these as good as it was on the Titaniums?
Also, any chance of a shipping offer this side of xmas?

Hi Gavin
We are still waiting for these to arrive at the time I'm writing this.
The Verbatim dye on these Verbs is excellent.
Shipping deals: If we do one at the moment when we are already very very busy, we wouldn't cope with the extra demand:( (Sorry)

Cheers Steve, can see they're back in stock, just placed an order....
How can these be true Verbatims if they are CMC MAG. AE1? verbatims have always been either mcc or tk dyes? have verbatim started using duff companies to outsource? Oh dear makes the choice harder now :-(
Steve - only just got around to testing these, the dye info on them is Ritek G05 not CMC as it says on the site....

Hi Gavin
Thank you for letting me know.
It seems like another example of a manufacturer mixing different discs in the same product. When you get a Verbatim disc these days it appears that it may come from one of the following manufacturers:
MBI, Ritek, CMC, Taiyo Yuden or Mitsubishi.
As always, we'll try to keep our website up to date with the right dye info.
I've updated the SVP website to show that both CMC and Ritek dyes are possible in this product.
Email me if the discs cause you any problems or if you would prefer not to use them.

Ritek dye seems fine - just thought you'd want to know, so you could change the site :D
