Hi,

My recent purchase of a retail pack DVD640i Lightscribe drive has failed - it won't eject any disk in and out of windows. Windows can see it but it's just dead. I've tried on different PC's/cables etc

The drive was purchased at the start of October and has probably burnt about 20 disks.

What are my options in returning this for a warranty repair?

Just an update - after sending the dead drive back, I got a brand new retail replacement (actually a better model) from BP less than 3 working days later.

thanks for the help and great service. Now to buy some DL blanks!
