Thanks for my last order but..
I nearly didn't get it since I had redirected it to my work and the goods in dept there were going to refuse to take it since there was no dept on the address label so they didn't think they would be able to contact me. :(
Thankfully my home tel no WAS printed so they contacted me that way.. :clap: Of course that meant my next day delivery was next day plus 1..
Is it possible for you to add an additional line which can be used for additional address details on the address form used as a different delivery address?
I have tried in the past to add a department, room no - but although that was accepted by the internet form - the resulting address missed the name of the building when it reached the parcel (the address line was too long for the printer). It was only because the postie knew what the address should be that I ever got that one.
