Hi, this isn't a delivery question ;)

Just placed the order tonight and paid via Secpay....
Once secpay payment went through, I got a receipt from them, but it didn't return me back to the SVP website, and I've had no email confirm from yourselves...

Just want to make sure it's gone through at your end a-OK :)

Just FYI, thats what I got when I ordered last Friday, so I think its just the way they do things.

Also there are no automatic shipment confirmations, so you have to ask.

Just had an email from SVP saying they've recieved payment for the above order and it lists the order contents, so I assume it's all tickety boo :)

You should have been returned to the SVP website when you finished Secpay and you should have had a confirmation email from the SVP website.
You should also get an email at the end of the day on the day we dispatch your goods.

Yeah, secpay didn't forward me on, which is why I thought I'd double check.
Just had the confirmation email from yourselves about the order :)

I did have a look at the new beta website, but being tighter than cramp, the discount won :D
I did do a 'pretend' order on the new website, and there are no bugs to report :)
