I ordered some blank CDs and paper last night after work, about 5:45 and they have just arrived at my work :notworthy This is excellent service when it isn't Christmas :clap: I wasn't expecting them till next week.

Thats better than me then, ordered monday lunchtime with next day delivery & received it thursday afternoon, plus one of the items was wrong, :(
Think I'll try one of the other forums sponsers next time.

Have you emailed us about this problem and have we soleved it for you?
We are always keen not to let anyone down but especially so at this festive time of year. (That's why we were working hard to get orders out so late yesterday)

We've been let down by a couple of suppliers (or their couriers) but that is bound to happen at this time of year unfortunately, but you can always rely on us to try and solve problems rather than make them worse.

Can I just add to this thread ?

Guys, order no GK73TL90170390 was my first order with you. Won't be the last. It arrived today and your substitution for the 5 x Panasonic 4.7GB RAM discs was unexpected and notably generous. Excellent customer service ! :)

Guys - Another thanks from a N. Ireland customer - I placed an order on 21/12 ( AS88FP-9017-2755 ) I knew it was after your specified dates for pre-Christmas delivery over here and I was expecting and hoping that it would arrive after Christmas while I was off - I was very suprised when the door bell rang at 6:30 this evening with someone delivering my order. Just one more reason to continue reccomending you to anyone looking for blank media etc.

I'm impressed too. Ordered some blank DVDs at 2pm on 23rd December - arrived 7am on the 24th! And that was with the cheapest postage option - God knows when they'd have arrived if I paid extra!
