Should I get email confirmation of order?

I placed an order with SVP a few days ago but I didn't get any email confrmation - is this normal?

I paid by PayPal and have the email confirmation from them and the money has left my account - I just expected to receive some sort of confirmation from SVP.

Anyway can you please confirm that you have my order (MB49RW90177131)?

You appear to have left your email address on the order as PUT_YOUR_EMAIL_ADDRESS_HERE@BLANKDISCSHOP.CO.UK
which is the prompt we used to put on the old "shared login" for the DVD forums to get people to enter their own email address.

The order is on track and working it's way through our system. You'll have it on Thursday.

The new shop with individual logins (which you've already registered on) will save us from this issue in the future:)

Ah, I filled it in on my Invoice Address section and set delivery to be the same as invoice. Looks like it didn't get copied over.

Anyway I've had confirmation from you after an email enquiry so looks like all is well.
