View Full Version : eBay - How to print picking lists & shipping labels
Is there a quick and easy way of printing picking lists and shipping labels for my ebay sales?
It would be brilliant if there was a quicker way of doing this. I have to write out the name and address around 4 times after doing address labels, invoice, packing slip, and my courier book.. thats assuming there arent any problems!!!! Does anybody have any ideas?
I'm sure that you can get some software to work alongside ebay, but i think it would take a while to get used to using it.
hi, if you sign up to thier selling pro program which costs about £6 a month you cna print invoices, packinlg lists and shipping labels etc. Although I don't like thieir format for the shipping labels everything else is good. Well worth the £6 a month as it saves so much time.

I have seller manager pro. Are you sure you can do this? Can I select all my products that are "awaiting postage" and print packing slips all together?
I'm not sure i think you can only print out one item at a time.
When you are in the awaiting postage section and you click on the the total paid link, you will see a print invoice button. If you click this the next screen you get to gives you the option to print invoice, packing slip etc
I may just get a laser label printer and cut and paste the details once. At least thatl sort the address labels, and just continue without picking lists and invoicing software. it's a shame that there isnt an easier way to do i though.:?:
i too was thinking of hunting to find a program that will work alongside ebay to process invoices, adddress labels etc as my shop is taking off and it's taking longer and longer to hand write everything
has anyone tried the Andale checkout package (http://uk.andale.com/corp/products/checkout.jsp) ?? It still doesnt do packing labels though, i need something like this which will also print name and address labels tosave time writing the same details over and over.

I know this probably isn't ideal but why not use something like this (http://www.dpbolvw.net/click-582776-9479574?loc=http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/50-X-A7-Document-Enclosed-Wallets-Address-Label_W0QQitemZ7612418565QQcategoryZ20163QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) and just use the paypal packing slip?
I know someone who sells around 200 items a day on ebay and he swears by something called marketworks, I know he pays for it but not sure what it does, that maybe some use?

Does anyone have anymore suggestions?
Print off the paypal slip and use laser labels here too, Also very useful for the return addresses. SVP Communications (http://www.thedvdforums.com/jump2.php?url=http://www.svp.co.uk) sell a pack of 10 for something silly like 50p
