Hi,
A friend has purchased a HD DVD (swordfish) from the U S of A, he has a dvd player with hdmi output etc but the player will not recognise the disc, he's tried it in the pc aswell, still no joy. I've asked the usual basic stuff but i'm no expert, and have come up with a blank. Anyone have any ideas ? I assume his player is capable of handling this HD disc, or could it be a region locked disc, I don't know, any help greatfully appreciated.
