Problem with order..

Received my water bottle/rope this morning ( order no: B138972 ). The lid doesn't fit properly. If I tipped it upside down it would just pour water on the floor... on a side note it isn't a nice transparent bottle either it's blue plastic. I know it was only £3 but even so... :(

and now a problem with my 2 gig ipod nano.... Won't turn on and battery won't charge. Order no: B137298 . Can you do a replacement?

I raised tickets for both. Had a refund on the bottle. The nano was returned for a refund today :cry:
