HSBC & Nationwide not passing on rate cut

Looks like HSBC and Nationwide have both decided not to pass on the rate cut to custiomers on SVR mortgages. (lots of other banks have though)

Not too pleased about this myself as am currently on a special discount mortgage with HSBC which tracks their SVR and not the base rate.

At leats its not gone up though :|

As long as they also dont cut their savings rates... NW's are very low compared to the competition
