As travelling to europe next month on holuday, i assumed i would be covered by my A&L europe annual travel insuarnce - it comes free with their current account.

But on their website it is now not included with current accounts. When did this change? I have a memory of receiving cover letters in the past which should specify that it is for this year (and i am covered) but have they stopped doing it for all? or just new customers and mine carries on (and i get an annual cover letter confirming that)

Will try and hunt down the cover letter this weekend to confirm i am insured, but just wondered whether they have stopped doing it (in which case, i may as well close the account)

Premier 50 and Premier current accounts have travel insurance, Premier Direct and Premier 21 don't

I opened my Premier account with them a month ago and got the travel insurance. Have the cover note here and tells me covered for Europe, Annual Multi-trip. Max trip duration 31day.
