Calling all Boffer staff! Received my; 'Toshiba 15 inch LCD Television with Freeview Model: 15V330DB' today however it's completely dead - will not turn on at all. I've checked everything obvious but cannot force it to show any sign of life at all, not even the twinkle of an LED...

I've submitted a support ticket but would appreciate a reply to this asap. After either a solution to get it working or a replacement please.

I believe we may have one or two of these left so we should be able to arrange a replacement for you.
