Hi,

I still have not received either of these orders.

B149013 - Ordered on the 16/10, asked for it to be redelivered to a different address on the 24/10 as I was not around to sign for it. Despite several mails and an ongoing ticket (which has now been closed for no reason) I have still not got my goods - and the parcel is tracking as returned to sender. This is my work address and is open from 6am until 8pm so there is no way we could be missed!

B165255 - Ordered 22/10 and the status says "Sent to warehouse", so I mailed to ask where it was as it has been sat there for a while. So I raised a ticket. I was then told that it has been attempted for delivery twice, so I then asked for it to be redelivered the following day as I had taken a day off work. Did not hear back, and now my ticket has been closed.
